where to begin reading about ancient middle east?

i really want to dive deep studying history, so i decided to start from the beginning, but i really dont know from where actually to begin

which books are the best to read, if i am barely in touch with the topic and where to continue afterwards, to really study in depth?

What exactly are you looking for? Are you looking at the ancient Hebrews, or do you want earlier with the Canaanites? Or are you looking at the Roman occupation or possibly Christian influence?

There's a fair number of suggestions in the AskHistorians reading list.

I recommend starting with Ancient Near Eastern History and Culture by Stiebing and Helft. The "Very Short Introduction" books are also very good.
