I feel like this MUST have been done before and I’m just not good at googling this kind of thing, but:
I was watching this show on Netflix called Colony, and basically a bunch of aliens enslave the earth and of course there’s a resistance and the resistance steals some form of census data from the aliens and basically when they plotted it over time the human population was falling to 0 on a nice curve like this
Of course this is a tv show, but it got me wondering, what did a similar chart from the time of the Nazis reign look like for the Jewish people? I assumed this had been done before, but I can’t seem to find it. And if somehow this hasn’t been done, anyone know where to find data on this so I can make my own? I know this data would be estimates that could vary wildly, but just curious as to what it would look like.

There was a 1943 statistical report by the SS-man Richard Korherr on Himmler's behalf, short version of which was sent to Hitler, but it doesn't contain any graphs or a continuous set of data that would allow one to make such graphs, only some number-juggling and a conclusion:

In total it is likely that since 1933, i.e. in the first decade of National Socialist power, European Jewry lost almost half of its stock. Thereof again only half, i.e. a quarter of the European total stock in 1937, is likely to have gone to the other continents.
While it is theoretically possible to gather the available thousands of transport lists, shooting reports and whatnot and make some sort of a day-by-day graph based on reasonable assumptions about the numbers of those killed, it would require going through an enormous amount of data which hasn't really been done before, so there is no single source that sums it up.
