I'm currently 17 years old and I'm looking to study War studies next year, but I can't find out if I can do that from the first year on or if I have to study history in general first? I am based in Belgium but my parents said they were OK with me studying anywhere in Europe.

Several universities in the UK offer War Studies as a separate degree. Whether or not that'll count as Europe by the new year is a separate issue of course, but here's a link to a list of courses.
