I've been diving into the state of the Dutch Republic after the War of Spanish Succession and it's decline as a great power in Europe. And so I read that Simon van Slingelandt wrote a book called "Staatkundige Geschriften" (Political Discourses). However, I'm unable to read it due to the low quality on its website and the fact that it's written in 18th-century Dutch, quite different than modern Dutch. Any help is greatly appreciated!
