See this thread. Short answer: it put some stumbling blocks on their reactor program. The Germans did not have a serious effort for atomic bombs during World War II, despite much hype to the contrary. They had a modest reactor program. It is not clear their reactor program would have had much more success even without the sabotage raid, and it is certainly the case that they would not have gotten an atomic bomb either way.
