Doubtful. Given that the Swedish monarchy stayed neutral during World War 1, they are unlikely to have declared for either side during the great war. If they'd declared for either side, I suspect it would have been the entente. This would have caused Germany problems as they would likely have had to station troops to protect their coast in the event of a seaborne invasion. Alternatively, they would have bolstered troops on both fronts, meaning more pressure on Germany and Austria-Hungary. I suspect though that should Russia still have collapsed in this alternative timeline, the result would have been a war between Soviet Russia and Sweden-Norway.
