How did Native American tribes interact with each other before the European settlers started showing up?

If this isn't allowed that's cool, but do we know much about the life of the different tribes and the way they interacted?

This is a pretty broad question, and it has an equally broad answer in that they interacted as all humans have, and will continue to, interacted. We see evidence of trade, warfare, sporting competions, feasts, raids, charity, and the list just goes on.
