I don't have a podcast on it, but CNN's Cold War documentary series from 1998 has a very good episode on this called "Backyard." The access they got (they were able to interview Castro, the CIA, the Soviets, etc.) is amazing and it is a great introduction to the Cold War period of this kind of intervention (of course one could go much earlier as well).
