My great-grandfather seems to have high dark boots, a belt around his bellybutton line and I can only see 4 buttons on his uniform but I assume there's a 5th one behind his hand. There are two pockets on the chest with one button for each pocket and in the middle, there's a bulge. And two kind-of baggy pockets below the belt. Now I can't really see what kind of hat he is wearing i know it's not that tall in height and the thing that blocks the sun is kind of long. And he most likely served in the calvary.
