Hello everybody,

Im writing a paper about the Nuremberg Trials and i want to focus on the legal legitimacy of the Law that was resorted to by the prosecution. Could you recommend some papers that deal with the legal legitimacy of the courts? I am talking about things like jurisdiction and retroactivity.
