I'm looking to get into Archaeology once I'm through high school, but I can't really decide on what part of history I want to primarily study. Right now I'm kinda stuck between Europe during the Dark Ages, and Ancient Greece.
If you're just getting out of high school, there's no need to worry about specialization right now. (In fact, unless you're going the PhD route, there's usually not a need to specialize at all) As you sign up for your first year of classes, take courses that sound interesting, or intro courses in the sub-fields you have no experience in. Let your experiences in those classes help you determine what you like and dislike.
Before then, read. Whether articles, books, or blogs, history, archaeology, or anthropology, read broadly and read frequently. Keep reading outside of your coursework in college, to the extent that you have the energy to do so.
Sounds like you still have plenty of time left in your education - take advantage of that to explore all the opportunities available to you.
