No but seriously the German empire was ahead of its time in terms of social reformation.

There probably was allot racism on a peer to peer level, but it was in no way encouraged or festered by laws unlike in the rest of the western world. I don't think there where any segregation methods employed by the government, certainly not on the level of having to go though the negro entrance to a bar, or having to sit at the back of the bus or stand.
