Because of the way Hebrew is written from right to left, is there any evidence that there are more left-handed Jews than right-handed?

There’s an ergonomic / mechanical explanation for your question.

When writing/carving inscriptions on a stone tablet, as was the norm in those times, it’s easier for a right-hander to “write” right-to-left, ie: holding the chisel, angled down correctly, in left hand and hitting with hammer in dominant hand, which naturally works best moving right to left on the stone😀
