It is pretty clear that Perón had a taste in younger women, with his two most famous wives Evita and Isabel being 24 and 35 years his junior respectively, and he had relations with at least two underage women. The first of these was his first wife, Aurelia Tizón, who was 17 when she married a 30 year-old Perón. This was not particularly unacceptable at the time, but would definitely be frowned upon nowadays. The more egregious act was Perón’s relationship with Nelly Rivas. Nelly Rivas was a girl of a humble, working class background, and a member of the Unión de Estudiantes Secundarios (Union of High School Students), a Peronist youth group. The UES has access to the Quinta de Olivos (the Argentine Presidential residency), and it is thought that here Nelly met Perón. From the ages of 14 to 16, Ms Rivas was involved in a sexual and romantic relationship with Perón. This relationship should absolutely be categorized as predatory, not only due to the obvious imbalance due to age and class, but also because Rivas greatly looked up to and idolized Perón.
