The TLDR; is "not really," but it generally depends on how you define "Celts" and "Celtic" and "anything to do with."
Feel free to ask any follow-up questions, although I'll say that my knowledge of the current iteration "Celtic music" (of the past couple hundred years) is much more extensive than my knowledge of the ancient variety. Maybe someone who knows more about the ancient "Celts" will have some insight.
