Yes. It's a commemorative coin from the interwar era. I can't tell you all that much about it other than that it's less elaborate than some others I've seen. It's Paul von Hindenburg, says "Liberator of East Prussia". It was probably made in memory of the Battle of Tannenburg in 1914. I can't tell you exactly what year this was made but probably prior to 1933 as the limited number of coins made after 1933 often featured a swastika on the back somewhere but this is not entirely certain.

Others often feature some kind of imagery of an eagel defeating a bear (the imperial german eagel defeating the russian bear) or a teutonic knight or in more rare cases, a very naked and anatomically correct but very jacked Hindenburg killing a bear with a sword. In either case, this isn't a medal but a coin that could be purchased by anyone. It's probably worth having it appraised by someone who knows a bit more than me. Similar coins I've seen go anywhere from $50 to $250 depending on material, rarity, condition and provenance.
