Not really. Contrary to popular opinion, there was not much delayed radiation (e.g., fallout) at either Hiroshima or Nagasaki, because they were high airbursts. You can also find an ELI5 post from me here that explains why there wasn't significant radioactive contamination at either site.

To be sure, there were people who were exposed to radiation during the attacks, who suffered from that exposure for decades. But that was acute exposure (the "one time" exposure they got from being at the sites during or immediately after the detonations), not chronic exposure from contamination or "lingering" radiation.
