Anatolia was home to many people like the Pontus, Capadochians, Cilians, Lydians, etc. Did the Turks/Muslims wipe them out? Did they immigrate? Are they still there?
Most of them assimilated by becoming minority on Ottoman empire but there was still some Greeks living in empire at the start of WW1. after the war they got exchanged with Turks living at Greece. common deal was made between Greece and Turkey. And to this day there is some Greeks living in Turkey mostly at İstanbul.
