Does anyone have any good articles or texts or general information about how Americans felt being involved in a war and also being engulfed by the Spanish Flu epidemic in 1918? Personally in relation to my direct family, my great-grandfather lost three siblings to the flu. all while having draft cards written for WWI for him and his other brothers, I just wonder the toll that all of this had on American citizens. Wish I could ask that generation. Any info would be great
