Your main one is going to be Herodotus' Histories. You can read it online or pick up a Penguin Classics edition at your local bookstore for a few bucks. The narrative of the Persian Wars proper starts in book 5.

There are additional Greek sources if you want to go deeper, but they mainly depend on the narrative in Herodotos. Diodorus Siculus has his own version of the events in book 11 of his Universal History. Plutarch criticises Herodotus almost chapter by chapter in his On the Malice of Herodotus; this author (who lived in the Roman Imperial period) also has some of his own material in his Life of Themistocles and Life of Aristides.

There are no narrative sources describing the event from the Persian side.
