Working for a University map collection, I've come across numerous maps; including quite a few Nazi Germany maps. I've sucessfully translated all I've come across, except for this one. Is there anyone here that could finish the translation?

Specifically, I'm talking about a stamp, which I've linked to here: https://imgur.com/a/PBUESom

I've been able to translate all but the last word. Roughly, the rest translates to Reich AMT (Army Personnel office) for Land surveys. The bottom word, looking like AartenFlammlung(?) just doesn't translate to anything except for flammlung being flame development. but in the context of the map, it just doesn't make sense. I've sent this to a german-speaking friend, and he's got nothing. Hopefully someone here can help.

If it helps any, the map is of Kazakhstan SSR, circa 1941.

"Amt" isn't an acronym, it's a word for "government agency, office". (The Army Personnel Office or Heeres Personalamt was an Amt but hardly the only thing the word refers to)

You're misreading the fraktur 'k' and long-s. It says "Reichsamt für landesaufnahme - Kartensammlung" -

Meaning: "Reich Land Survey Office - Map Collection"

The Reichsamt für Landesaufnahme (Amt means government office and has nothing to do with the army) was the national Land Survey Office and the bottom word is Kartensammlung: map collection.
