Questions about a map I found, is it incorrect?

I found this map this map of WW1 in 1918 two month before the end of the war. I saw some things that surprised me and had some questions about it, I would appreciate if anyone knows because I couldn’t find and information Online about it. Firstly, it shows Japan occupying a large part of China. I tried to find information about this, but the only information I could find was that Japan was allowed to occupy Southern Manchuria and Shandong Province, and keep a garrison in Shanghai, and to occupy the railway lines in Manchuria. But the map shows them occupying much more land then that.

Additionally, the map also shows Britain occupying the Yangtze River, and it shows Tibet as a British protectorate. I couldn’t find information on either of those things.

The map also shows Britain and France occupying large portions of Thailand. I couldn’t find any information about that either.

It also shows Georgia and the North Caucasus coastline as part of a German protectorate, and shows German troops in Finland.

Finally, it shows Ottoman troops participating in the occupation of North Dobruja, but I could not find any information on this either.

I would appreciate any information anyone has on these topics.

I'm Japanese.
I think Japanese territory in the China of this map is misunderstanding about political influence in this days.
The Empire of Japan had tried to increase political influence on Beijing government and some local leaders by economical and military support. This map seems as if express these pointal influence and economical interests as entire region.
As for Siberia, Japanese Army had occupied Siberia railways to interference Bolsheviks.
