Does anyone have any information or books about early colonial America? (1560s Spanish Florida and things like that)

El Norte by Carrie Gibson deals extremely extensively with Spanish Florida, New Mexico, California, and Texas. However, the book is ultimately specifically about Latinx people in the United States so the Spanish colonial histories are at the forefront and only comprise about 40% of the book. There's some bleed over to discussing early English and French colonies, too, but not as much. In any case, I'd suggest it for the information on Spanish colonization of what they called La Florida alone
