Why is the bush war and Rhodesia romanticized by the global right?

by Tovarich_Zaitsev

I have noticed that there is a sub reddit dedicated to Rhodesia and I want to ask, why is the bush war and Rhodesia romanticized by the global right? Of you spend 1 minute on this sub reddit you will notice very few people actually lived in Rhodesia so why do people care so much about a corrupt short lived African apartheid state?

You'll want to grab yourself a drink, I found two chunky'uns. u/swarthmoreburke addresses the matter in this thread, which also has a link to a previous thread, answered by u/profrhodes.
