I want an advice on a book that talks about the history and origin of religion and how each book affected the other and how it stole from other historical books, something unbias.
I'd greatly appreciate it!
One I’d suggest is ‘Religions of the Silk Road’ by Richard C Foltz. It doesn’t cover every religion, by any means, but it’s fairly short, written by an academic but readable by a non academic, and explains how a range of religions ‘grew up with each other’ so to speak, through trade & mixing of cultures.
