No. The German nuclear program was very small and far behind the American nuclear program, and by the time the Americans had acquired the German specialists and equipment from the program, the US atomic bomb program was basically finished. Even in the postwar the US found no use for the German program or its scientists — because they were so far behind the US. It was an entirely different situation from rockets.
