Is this painting from 1498 proof that at least some people in the Middle Ages bathed and had running water?

The painting is called "Bathsheba Bathing." Nothing in the Bible story talks about running water, so I think that they must've had running water. The inspiration had to come from somewhere!

Well, we know they did. They even had soap!

Mind you, the presence of the painting can be a helpful visual aid to anyone still unconvinced, but there's quite the wealth of information out there on bathing in the Middle Ages.
