Is there a reason we use the Greek names for the Hellenic gods instead of the Roman ones?

I am not sure if I understand the question, but the Hellenic gods were literally Greek (as Helene was the synonym - and now is the endonym - for the Greeks). The Roman gods were ultimately derived from common Indo-European roots, but it's wrong to say that their gods were same as Greek ones.
