Who were the first publicly documented Holocaust deniers outside of postwar Germany, and what countries were they from?

The first ones were probably collaborators from various countries that were invovled in the Holocaust and denied it happened as aprt of their trial strategies. The first that were published and prominent were probably Douglas Redd from Britain, Harry Elmer Barnes form the US or Paul Rassinier from France. For more see my previous answer here
