Hi everyone, I recently got this ID from my grandmother that was my grandfathers. He fought in the polish national army during WWII. I do read French and have a general idea of what it is (some sort of veterans/reservist ID card), but am hoping someone with more knowledge could help me out with specifics. Anyway, here are some pics:

He did not talk about this time of his life whatsoever, so all info anyone can glean is appreciated. Thanks in advance !
This is an identity/membership card issued to Polish veterans (reserve included) in France by one of 20-30 veteran organizations that exist in various countries.
Cover has Polish eagle and words honor (honour) and ojczyzna (fatherland). The "God, Honour, Fatherland" are mottoes commonly associated with Polish military and freedom fighters, sadly more recently adopted by far-right nationalist circles as their own.
Second photo has the name of the organization at the top, then "membership card" in Polish and French, number of the card, country, region and group.
Next one has photo, stamp, and a signature on the left and names, rank, DOB/POB and induction year as well as signature/stamp.
Then you have some text in French (seems to be what this is at the top left and what this membership entails in bottom left) with monthly validation stamps on the right (I'm guessing membership was associated some sort of cost).
I don't know how common these are nor what qualified people to obtain one though, sorry. I did some digging but nothing interesting emerged. In fact I'm guessing that this organization changed name at some point or dissolved completely.
