What does r/AskHistorians think of Mike Duncan?

by Diegos_kitchen

I've read the FAQ page that discusses this subreddit's views on Dan Carlin (among others) but it doesn't mention Mike Duncan. He seems a lot more informative and in depth than hardcore history, and a lot less theatrical, but I'd love to hear a real historian's views on the accuracy and relative comprehensiveness of his podcasts.

Hi there! Your question doesn't break any rules, and we're happy to let it stand. However, be warned that questions that boil down to "evaluate this person's content for me" rarely get satisfactory answers. Critiquing media is a lot of work, and people are rarely willing to watch something just so that they can respond to a question on Reddit. It is often more effective to ask more targeted questions about the content that can be answered directly - you are welcome to make more than one post if you need to.
