Doing a google book search is likely the easiest way to find if one was officially produced or to try to figure out a title. I am not aware of such a book off the top of my head, but I cannot say I've ever looked for one.

Otherwise if you have some idea of a title Worldcat can be an option (though I still find google often easier to navigate unless I am looking for a library that holds a specific book).

Additionally, you may want to consider searching the Bibliothèque nationale de France over at bnf.fr. Or if you want to see if something like that exists and has been digitized check out Gallica, the digital national archive, at gallica.bnf.fr. (both of those websites are available in English, which might make your search a bit easier).

Since you are looking for a piece produced by/for the armed forces you might also consider checking the Service historique de la défense (the military archives) which can be found at servicehistorique.sga.defense.gouv.fr. Though if you find it through the military archive it won't be it easy to get to-- especially not at the moment.
