Do any mainstream academics consider either the Irish famine of 1845-1849 or Cromwell's invasion and subsequent Plantation of Ulster to be acts of genocide?

It's my understanding that the Irish Famine is not usually understood to meet the legal definition of genocide; are there any reputable dissenters to this view? I also know very little about the consensus view of Cromwell's actions

These two previous answers should go some way to explaining the stand on the Great Famine; further input, as always, is more than welcome. Especially for the Cromwell side of things, as I haven't done a dive into that just yet.
