For primary sources, the source par excellence is Hesiod's Theogony, which you can find translated right over here. For a secondary source, I would recommend, first, Ogden's edited volume Companion to Greek Religion, which has excellent sub-chapters on many aspects of Greek religion, including a nice write-up of the pantheon(s).
