I would be interested in reading some primary sources on the Ming Dynasty, specifically the reign of the Yongle emperor, but lack classical Chinese reading skills.
I have found many secondary sources referencing the Ming Shilu, but cannot seem to find the document itself in English.

First, read the quick introduction here to understand that the MSL is not a single twenty-page document you can read through. It is 40,000 pages of texts, from multiple time periods and covering many different rulers, assembled together from multiple documentary source types. The site I linked above allows you to search or browse the MSL by date, ruler, keyword, etc.
