Why did President Sadat agree to the Egypt-Israel Peace Treaty, despite tremendous condemnation and pressure from the Muslim world and Egyptian citizens to not do it? And why did Egypt so suddenly agree to this despite there being fairly recent wars and a long history of it with Israel?
