I ask this because I was interested in the Tohokai and other Nazi organizations from Japan before, during, and post World War 2? The Nazis and Japanese admired each other and weren't that different from one another, so it's no stretch the Japanese would adopt a few things from their other Axis counterparts. Did any Japanese openly wear Nazi swastikas?
What about after World War 2? Japan apparently still has a Nazi party.
You may enjoy my previous answer here where I discuss Nazi symbolism in post-war Japan, and the treatment of Hitler as a fictional character. (I get to use the word swastikawaii.)
My focus is post-WWII so I'm not sure if the answer is different during and before.
I can say, fortunately, the Japanese "Nazis" are very fringe; they have a far-right element but they tend towards more local imagery instead.
