This year is 5871 in the Jewish calendar. What happened 3851 years ago in 2020?

Are you asking specifically about the year 1832 BCE? Throughout the entire world? (The entire world makes this very broad).

While we have written history from this time period, much of it is not very precisely dated. And none of it is from specifically hebrew writing, as the paleo-hebrew script did not yet exist.

However, the development of the first alphabet (Proto-Sinaitic) has sometimes been estimated to have existed as early as 1850 BCE--as this alphabet would later evolve into the paleo-hebrew alphabet (as well as the Phoenician alphabet), this seems like a good place to start. But to the best of my knowledge the earliest dated site of inscriptions is from 1500 BCE, which is a 3 century gap:

The earliest inscriptions of this alphabet do appear in Egypt, however (thought to be adapted from Hieroglyphics) so let's narrow our search a little to Egypt.

There's some interesting Egyptian writing from around 1800 BCE -- Egyptian writing calculating the volume of a temple, and Egyptian writing suggesting that they might know the pythagorean theorem:

Can we pin any of this down to 1832 BCE? No, and date range estimates on these are quite wide.

Do we know who was pharaoh of Egypt in the year 1832? A few sources are suggesting Amenemhat III of the 12th dynasty (during the middle kingdom). But different sources are claiming different dates

Here's the Brittish History museum claiming he ruled from 1854-1808 BCE

Here's Egypt's tourism website claiming he ruled from 1842-1797 BCE.

https://www.britannica.com/biography/Amenemhet-III

And here's Encyclopedia Britannica claiming he ruled from 1818–1770 BCE, which would actually make him not yet pharaoh.

So...it is very hard to narrow anything down to one specific year of 1832 BCE.
