Mystery German Cockpit

by Cfx99

I'm part of a Facebook page on WW2 history and someone posted this picture asking for help identifying the aircraft it belonged to. I hit up good 'ol Google and came up with nothing. I"m not even sure this is the right sub, but I'm going to take a swing.

All I know about it is that the original poster says it is a WW2 German aircraft. There's a visible plate that says Achtung! which pretty much confirms its nation of origin. Other than that I don't know and so far, none of the other people know. Help?

The image shown appears to depict the cockpit of a Junkers Ju-86 aircraft. This type had many variants, the image appears to show a glazed nose type, probably the Ju-86 G-1 variant. The image shows the throttle controls as well as the oxygen system and the reserve/co-pilot position. For more information, I highly recommend the book on this aircraft by Dressel and Griehl.

Twin engine bomber.. It's a Junkers Ju 86. You can see the round glass nose in the background behind the right yoke which existed on the 86G and some other models. Compare this 86K with a better view of the nose. Also this 86B (no glass dome), 86E.
