What is the best way to go about finding specific individuals who served in the American army during WW2? I have seen the FAQ thread on finding records but those are mostly available to next of kin. For instance, If I wanted to find reference images/or biographical information on Captain John F. Runyon, Commander of United States C Company, 1st Battalion, 370th Infantry Regiment. How could I go about doing this? Tks in advance!
