I know this isn't the typical question to be received here, and if it must be taken down I understand, but I'm honestly at my wits end. I'm currently writing a paper on the Wehrmacht's conduct on the Eastern Front, and with most libraries being closed, including my school's, my access to primary courses is very limited. I've spent several hours searching, and I've come up with nearly anything. Any direction would be welcome-- thank you again.
https://pamyat-naroda.ru is a highly accessible source for official documents such as operations orders, soldiers' awards and funeral documents, and internal government communications, off the top of my head.
Tankfront.ru has a decent body of primary documents on Soviet armored formations, as does our own u/TankArchives.
Militer.lib has a lovely mish-mash of old sources, a little more scattered though.

This is a huge digitization project of captured German documents in the Central Archive of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian federation. Original German documents of all sorts are provided in addition to Russian translations of some of them.
