/u/the_howling_cow has written about pay scale for US servicemen here. It was the same for volunteers and draftees, and I would add that voluntary enlistment was ended for most men in partway through the war anyways. Outside of the initial burst of enlistments at the early point, with slim exceptions, everyone was a conscript.
