Did Chinese,Japanese or any other kingdoms in the area send expeditions into siberia and where there any attempts to conquer the region. Also what was the response of these kingdoms to the Russian conquest of siberia. Where there ever any conflicts or any wars for control of siberia

There will be always more to be said, I think the answer by /u/_dk in how much of the modern russian far east did the chinese explore? covers most of the actual actions by the Chinese (Ming Dynasty).

The Russians reached the NW coast of the Pacific first in the middle of the 17th century, ca. 250 to 300 years after the frequent Ming expedition in the lower Amur during the reign of Emperor Yongle (d. 1424), and led by his eunuch Yishiha. Thus, there was no direct conflict between Russia and Ming China at that period.

As for some interaction between Russia and a few Japanese wrecked in Eastern Siberia in the 17th and 18th centuries, please also check my previous post in Are there any contemporary Chinese, Japanese (etc.) sources on Russia's eastwards expansion, and what did they say?
