Not everyone considers Christianity and Islam monotheistic. You could easily label Yahweh as the supreme god, Satan as the god of evil, and the hierarchy of angels as lesser gods. You might find it hard to find a single definition of “god” that would make Christianity monotheistic and the ancient Greek religion polytheistic.
