Who are the people in the 1987 poster “The world according to Ronald Reagan” by David Horsey?

I already knew about Reagan, Thatcher, and Gorbachyov. But what about the other people in the poster.

Starting from the bottom left, the first figure is Daniel Ortega who was one of leaders of the Nicaraguan Sandinista government. The Reagan administration opposed the Sandinista government and Reagan called the opposing Contra guerillas "the moral equivalent of our founding fathers". The figure in northern Africa is the Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi. This was not an atypical portrayal for the 1980s as seen here in the 1980s satirical puppet series Spitting Image. The compass is the metaphorical Mom of "Mom and Apple Pie" which is an Americanism representing supposedly traditional American values that Reagan championed in his political campaigns.
