In the year 3100 BC did people travel between Greece and Egypt?

Would someone from Greece have been in Egypt around the time of the unification of upper and lower egypt?

That depends on what you mean by "Greece." In 3100 BCE, the civilization on Crete was just beginning which would develop into the Minoan Civilization in subsequent centuries. That early "pre-palatial" Cretan civilization does show some signs of contact with Egypt, along with some (relatively new) evidence of links with Canaan, and with links to mainland Greece. But the bulk of that contact would come later, on into the 2nd millennium BCE.

For mainland Greece, the answer is no. We call the early Bronze Age period in the mainland "Helladic" civ, and subdivide into Early Helladic, Middle Helladic, and so forth. At this time of 3100 BCE the Early Helladic peoples were barely distinguishable from the Neolithic and Eneolithic societies which had come immediately before. Their long-distance ties trend more to the Balkans and the Continent rather than to the Near East.
