Kaiser Wilhelm II, was exiled in the Netherlands for his entire life post World War 1, until his death on June 4, 1941. There's no record that he ever met Hitler, though he did meet with Goering.
The relationship between the two men is complicated.
Hitler courted many far-right parties to join with the Nazis which tended to include many monarchists who wanted to see Wilhelm restored. Privately, like many World War 1 veterans, he despised Wilhelm. So Hitler didn't openly bad mouth Wilhelm, but he had no desire to see him restored.
Wilhelm on the other hand saw the rise of the Nazis - which included many of those far right monarchists as an opportunity to regain his throne. Though privately it's known that he disliked Hitler and thought he was basically a thug with a violent gang seizing power. He was very critical of Kristallnacht and noted at the time he was "ashamed to be German." Though perhaps it's worth mentioning that it wasn't because Wilhelm was a fan of Jews, he was a pretty well documented anti-semite. He seemed to take issue more with how it was being done, again likening Nazis to nothing but gangsters. How they were doing it wasn't bringing Germany any glory.
However, once WW2 began, he would send congratulatory telegrams to Hitler. When the Netherlands surrendered, he sent a message: "My Fuhrer, I congratulate you and hope that under your marvellous leadership the German monarchy will be restored completely!" - which apparently Hitler was noted as reading and using the word "idiot" if that tells you what Hitler thought of that idea. After the fall of France, Wilhelm sent another telegram: "Congratulations, you have won using my troops."
When the Netherlands fell, Churchill offered Wilhelm asylum in Great Britain, but Wilhelm refused. Wilhelm at this point was full on blaming Jews for causing two world wars and felt Britain, like the US, was part of the Jewish/Freemason conspiracy to control the world.
Shortly after, he became ill and died. Again, mixed reactions here. Hitler found out that an honor guard had been posted outside his residence and was reportedly furious. But he also wanted to bring Wilhelm back to Germany for a big state funeral. Again, Hitler didn't like Wilhelm, but had no problem using him as a political prop. However Wilhelm had requested never to return to Germany until the monarchy was restored and that wish was apparentoy respected. However, he also requested that there be no Nazi regalia or Swastikas at his funeral and that was promptly ignored. There was a military funeral for him in the Netherlands where he was buried. Hitler did not attend.
