Is there a map I can use during reading Thucydides Peloponnesian Wars?

Ian Mladjov's site has a number of maps that cover the full span of Greek history from the Bronze Age to late in the Hellenistic period:

Though Thucydides' account of the Peloponnesian Wars only covers up to 411 BCE, I expect you'll want to keep going with Xenophon's Hellenica so you can find out how the story ends, in which case you'll want the map for the second phase of the wars, called the Dekeleian War (413-404 BCE):
