My grandma sent my dad a box of stuff that included some old wallets from long-dead relatives. In one of the wallets was some strange looking Russian documents and money dated to 1918. Can anyone identify them?

Album of documents. I'm particularly curious about the greenish one with the tear on it - it says 1918 on it but doesn't have any Bolshevik imagery on it, instead having the traditional Russian double headed eagle. If there's a better subreddit for identifying this stuff I'll gladly go elsewhere, but since I think all of it is 100+ years old it felt appropriate to go here.

First bills: 50 kopecks (so half a ruble) bills.

Second bill: 5 ruble bill issued by the Siberian Provisional Government.

Third bill: 10 ruble bill issued by the Far East Soviet of People's Commissars.

There were lots of factions in the Russian Civil War that weren't Bolsheviks or Tsarists, although many were quite short lived. For identification/transcription of documents I would recommend r/russian, it's mostly targeted at language learners but there are plenty of native speakers milling about and this sort of thing comes up often.
