Not really. Its a double bit axe on a spear with isn't so much a weapon but a combination of a workers tool and well a spear. Though it is a popular style for fantasy weapons, its whole impractical. Its real world counter part, the double bit axe, has two heads. One for cutting and one splitting wood. Which makes sense. Why have two axes if one with fancy head will do? There is little practical use in having two heads on an axe used for war. You'll notice on most polearms that are double headed, they still are different heads. Take the 1400s volgue-halberd evolution. It went from a single cutting edge to a cutting edge with a spile on the back. The spike adds utility and extra armor piercing. Two axe heads dont add anything besides a lot of weight, which isnt something you need more of in a polearm.
